* Therapeutic Rider Packet is required for any rider WITH a physical, cognitive, social and/or emotional disability.
* Recreational Rider Packet is required for any rider WITHOUT a physical, cognitive, social and/or emotional disability.
* Parents or legal guardians must fill out “Minor” forms for all individuals under the age of 18 or for those who have a legal guardian.
